Rihanna – Umbrella – Ben Deignan

I am not a huge fan of this video and the way the song is done. The reason I posted this is because it is definitely different than anything else covered. It has once again a jazz/Bluesy feel that Ben likes to incorporate into his covers. I don’t think it is bad by any means, the arrangement and the emotion put into the song are great, I just didn’t connect with the song as I was hoping I would. On a different note. I find it kind of weird sometimes that we all connect with different songs for different reasons and that is the great thing about music. It makes you feel a certain way..happy..sad…excited etc. Anyways, enough blabbering on and go and watch the video.
